- Hold a Phone / Virtual meeting with one of our care coordinators.
- For a modest fee our team will complie a care plan for you based on your interview.
- Once the care plan is finalized, TaraAccess hands off health care coordination to the selected provider and will schedule transportation, housing, and other optional extras.
